-Height can be adjusted between 50mm and 67mm by the blue knob locking button.
-Base stand bottom with 2X 1/4" and 2X 3/8" mounting holes, which will be helpful to put a whole heavy follow focus system on a tripod for stablizing and safety.
-Top stand plate with 2X 1/4" and 2X 3/8" mounting holes. 1/4" bolt (compatible with most cameras) included on the top,and it is movable.
